We recommend items are washed prior to use.

Please follow the wash instructions on the item. If there are no specified wash instructions, items should be professionally laundered in a warm wash with a low-speed tumble dry. Always wash like-coloured items together.

Tea towels and laundry bags should be laundered seperately to sheets and towels.

Our goods are intended for commercial use.

Our goods should rival any item purchased in a retail store in term of quality and durability. However, we are not a retail store - instead we are predominatly tailored towards the commercial laundry market. As a result we do some things a little differently.

We vacuum pack some items, they may arrive looking flat and thin; rest assured - after a quick wash they will come to life.

Doona covers are a quick-dress style; they are intended to be tucked in for a clean hotel look, and do not have any annoying buttons, studs or ties.

Our items are packed in brown boxes; we do not plastic wrap all items as we believe there is already enough plastic in the world. We like to recycle and work with locals and businesses to offer a second home to pre-used postage boxes. Please don’t get a shock if your order comes packed in a pre-loved box.

Shipping and delivery

We use a nationwide Australian family-owned courier for our deliveries. Unfortunately they are unable to deliver to PO boxes and some remote locations.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days.

Custom made orders are generally dispatched within 4-7 days

Delivery times:

  • Major cities and regional hubs: 1-3 days (excluding WA, NT and TAS)

  • WA, NT, TAS and regional towns: 3-8 days

Freight costs are based on a number of factors. If it seems unreasonably high, please email or call us and we can try to offer you a better rate directly for your post code.

Please remember sheets and towels can be quite heavy; a standard queen sheet set weighs more than 4kg. Australia Post has a limit of 5kg, while our courier does not.

What if I’m not home?

All online deliveries are made with ‘Authority to leave’ at the delivery address. If this is of concern, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can provide alternative options.

If you do not reside within a metro or major regional centre, please contact us directly to confirm the delivery fees prior to placing your order. Additional charges may apply depending on your post code. If you think this may affect you, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can provide alternative options.

A VIP service fee is available if you need a quick turn-around.
